Homeless Outreach and Addiction Recovery
Freedom Center
A five phase program that receives participants from the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office Recovery Pod Addiction Program upon release from jail. Our program addresses addiction, life skills, financial responsibility, family reunification, job training, and employment. Our program will also feature a telehealth plan, job creation on site that will create income for participants and provide for future self-funding of the Freedom Center.
Phase 1 - A four-week training period that lays the foundation of the 5 phases of the program.

Phase 3 - A four-week growth track that begins the transition to more accountability.

As the participant progresses through each phase they will be evaluated. If it is determined that more time is needed, they will be extended in that phase until such time they are able to move forward.
