Nick Manassa Ministries, Inc is very happy to announce that because of our Partners at One Stop Housing, Inc we now have land to build our Freedom Center and our first of many micro industry businesses. 

 

Our goal, through grants, fund raising and charitable contributions, is to raise 2 million dollars for the Freedom Center building fund.  The Freedom Center will be a 20 suite facility that is equipped with a dining hall, classrooms, laundry facility, offices, an on site residence for staff, and a 1600 square foot store front along a main road.  This store front location will help create a revenue stream in a first phase of becoming self funding while creating job opportunities for program participants.  

 

• Freedom Center - Recovery Aftercare Program – is a five phase program that receives participants from the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office Recovery Pod Addiction Program upon release from jail.  The program comes along side the participant by providing private suites, clothing assistance, meals and other necessities so they can focus on recovery.  The program continues their addiction recovery, life skills, financial responsibility, family reunification, job training and employment.  The goal is to mentor our participants and help get them back into leading productive happy lives.
